Double Room Holloway N7

Hi all,

Unfortunately my friend is leaving her room in Holloway to go live abroad and I am looking for a new flatmate !

About the flat:
This is a two-bedroom flat located in Holloway Road/Caledonian Road area (7min walk to either tube stations) on the Piccadilly Line + many bus lines !
It has very easy access for grocery shopping (literally all supermarkets but M&S) and many nice restaurants, especially in the Highbury Fields area !
A big plus is the agency, which is very reactive if needed !

About the room:
This is a double room, which is offered furnished by the agency, with big windows overlooking the garden (not ours unfortunately). The current bed in picture will be replaced by a block bed provided by the agency, and will also include a chest of drawers and wardrobe.
A small desk from the leaving flatmate can also be included for a small fee !

The important details:
The price of the room is £1051pcm until April 2026 when the contract renews. I am looking to renew and live there for at least one more year (2026-2027) so long-term offers preferred !
Bills come around £80 per month for gas/electricity/wifi/water!
Council tax band is D so preferably looking for a student to be 100% tax-exempt!

About me:
I am a PhD student at UCL, looking for a clean, sociable flatmate who will help me maintain the homey atmosphere in the flat ! My hobbies include cooking, swimming and cycling, and enjoying a pint with friends at the local pub !
