I’m looking for a lovely person to move in with me from 1st April in this 2-bed flat near Holloway Road, as my current housemate is moving in with his girlfriend.

15 min walk to Holloway Road & Caledonian Road stations

15 min to Upper Holloway

20 min to Finsbury Park, Archway or Tufnell Park

👤 Who I’m looking for:
A chilled, clean person who’s up for hanging out occasionally but also has their own life going on. There’s a relaxed atmosphere in the flat, and it would be great to find someone like-minded who wants to maintain that vibe.

✨ A bit about me:
I’m 30 and work as an assistant editor making adverts. I’m in the office 5 days a week. I like going to the gym before work and I’m currently training for a half marathon. I also enjoy gigs and festivals, films and cinema trips, walks, pub trips, and catching up with friends — but I’m equally happy with a quiet night in.
