We have an open plan kitchen, living room, and dining room, as well as a sizable balcony/terrace that gets gorg morning sun! Its a split level flat above a shop, with the available room on the top floor. There's one bathroom which includes a bath.

You’ll be sharing with Jessie & Tom. Jessie is a 27 year old Aussie PE teacher and loves her trips to the pub, gym, reality telly and a good rot session every now and again. You'll also be sharing with Tom, another 28 year old Aussie tradie who's recently moved to London. Tom also loves the pub, footy and golf.

We’re both pretty social people and are often out and about enjoying what London has to offer. We're looking for someone friendly, who’s up or a chat and keen to make it a social, clean and comfy place to live, but also respecting each other’s space and need for down time!

The area is great, only a ten minute walk to holloway rd station, but also within walking distance of finsbury park, archway, and highbury & islington stations. Theres loads of shops, pubs, restaurants and things to do nearby, as well as hampstead heath close as well.
