Hi everyone! I’m Chloé, a UCL student looking for someone to take over my ensuite room at Stapleton House as I’m heading home a bit early. It’s a great community and super convenient for getting to campus.

While my current contract ends June 26th, the residence has confirmed you can stay through the summer and extend your contract for the 2026/27 academic year in the building if you’re interested.

💷 £296/wk (bills included)

The residence is currently listing these rooms for £300/week for the summer. By taking over my contract, you lock in a lower rate and get priority status to extend for the summer or the full 2026/27 academic year.
