Looking for someone to fill my room in Holloway Road N7

🩷You’ll be living with 2 lovely lovely girls, Dervla is from Ireland and works in fashion and Millie is from Australia and is a teacher (she may be moving too to relocate TBC). Chill and social flat. Ideally looking for another girl in the flat.

📦Move in ASAP but latest 1st of June

⏰Available for flat viewings between 9-10:30AM or 8-9PM due to working hours.

🗺️ SO close to everything !! Kings cross is 2 stops on tube, and so easy to get to central on tube.

🏠 About the room:

£950 (+ bills approx. £80-95 a month depending on summer/winter) + cleaner every 2 weeks (£15) and council tax £160/month (going up potentially) + £60 to contribute to current furniture/household items (we furnished the flat together)

Furnished, comes with draws, bed, cupboard (only things aren’t included that are pictured in room: lamp, desk chair, rug, plants)

LOVELY natural light, huge window, spacious room. Perf if you want extra space to do a little workout out and roll out a yoga mat.

Really accessible to public transport, Piccadilly line 15 min walk, busses are 5 min walk

Pure gym is 2 minute walk/30 second run (so so convenient) which is across the road to the Sainsbury’s local
