Double Room in new flat on Holloway Road

Spacious double room available on Holloway Road, move in ASAP.

You’d be sharing with me, Flo (there’s a quick bio about me in the last paragraph) and I’m looking for another girl with roughly the same sort of interests to move into the room. The flat is on the 3rd floor and is South facing so we get gorg sunlight in the living room all day (perfect for anyone with plants). I’ve furnished the living space but happy to redecorate/move things around or even buy new stuff if preferred.

The available room is the bigger one of the 2 and gets really good sunlight in the morning. The room comes furnished with a bed and a built in wardrobe and there’s definitely space for a desk for anyone that works from home occasionally. Both bedrooms are positioned at the back of the flat (away from Holloway Road) so although it’s a noisy area we get no traffic noise at night in the bedrooms, it’s honestly complete silence - which I love.

There’s one bathroom between the 2 of us with a full length bath and a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, induction hob and a big fridge and freezer. The kitchen and living room is open plan which is great for hosting people! We have a small laundry closet with a washer/dryer which makes laundry day SO much easier than having to hang everything out to dry.

We live above loads of food shops and restaurants so within a 30 second walk is a huge Morrisons, Lidl and Waitrose, grocery shopping is easy! We also have a fresh fruit and veg stand that is open every day (yes even weekends!) which is literally on our doorstep. There’s so many bus routes that pass through Holloway Road so you can get to places like Camden, Highbury & Islington and Archway within a 10 min bus ride. Plenty of gyms in the area within walking distance too.

Bills comes to about £260 each pcm and includes wifi, electricity (no gas), water, council tax and also our lovely cleaner called Sarah who comes once every 2 weeks on a Tuesday to clean the whole flat and also change the bed sheets in both rooms.

My name is Flo, I’m a 23 year old working professional and I moved to London just over 2 years ago. I work in social media marketing (I run the Instagram and TikTok page for the Teletubbies, random I know). I love to cook and would happily have evening where we cook/eat together. I’m hoping to find someone who is up for hanging out together in the flat occasionally to watch a film or have a glass of wine and a chat but someone who also enjoys their alone time after a long day at work! I also love going to the gym and am always up for grabbing a drink at the pub (especially whilst the sun is out!) I love travelling so sometimes will be away on holiday, which is nice because you’ll get there flat to yourself whilst I’m away! Our neighbours are really lovely and I occasionally go for a drink/lunch with Momo who lives nextdoor.
