I'm moving out of this lovely apartment and am looking for someone to take over my room from 1st August. It's genuinely been such a peaceful and comfortable place to live, and I'd love to find someone who'll enjoy it just as much.

The apartment is a modern, fully furnished two-bedroom flat in a secure building with a 24-hour concierge and a residents' gym. It's in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the station, making commuting around London really easy.

4 mins walk to Holloway Road station
10 min walk to Caledonian Road station
And 15 minute walk to Highbury & Islington station

The room is fully furnished and includes:

Single bed
Wardrobe
Dresser
Bedside table

The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming shared living space, and everything you need to move in without the hassle of buying furniture. The bills are not included in rent.

You'll be sharing with a lovely Muslim housemate who is kind, respectful, and values a clean, peaceful home. We're looking for someone who is hoping to stay long term and who will enjoy contributing to the warm and considerate atmosphere of the flat.

As this is a Muslim household, we'd ideally love to hear from another Muslimah who doesn't drink alcohol or bring non-halal food into the apartment. We simply want everyone to feel comfortable and at home, and appreciate someone who shares those values.
