I'm moving out to live with a family member so I am looking for someone to take over my room. My landlord preference is for me to find a replacement by 10 August, so I'm hoping to arrange viewings and have someone lined up by then.

The Room

The room is a large furnished double room (approximately 3.81m × 4.36m).

It comes furnished with

double bed,
mattress,
desk,
two bedside tables,
bedside lamp,
clothes rail,
shoe storage/caddy and
shelving/storage (all pictured).

I also have a desk chair and full-length mirror (both pictured) which I'd be happy to sell to the new tenant if interested. If not, I'll take them with me.

The Flat

The room is in a 4-bedroom flat on the 5th floor of a mansion block. Please note that there is no lift.

You'll share a bathroom with three other tenants and a kitchen/living room with the rest of the household.

The flat is currently home to four women. Both I and another tenant are moving out at the end of September (the other tenant is relocating to Manchester). She has already found a replacement for her room, so another woman will also be moving into the flat on 1 October.

The new and existing tenants are friendly and respectful.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a female flatmate who is friendly, sociable and respectful. We like hanging out together but also appreciate our own space and time.

The Location

The flat is on the junction of Holloway Road and Seven Sisters Road, with excellent transport links and plenty of local amenities nearby.

12-minute walk to Holloway Road (Piccadilly line)
18-minute walk to Finsbury Park (Victoria & Piccadilly lines, National Rail)
13-minute walk to Upper Holloway (Mildmay line)
13-minite bus ride to Highbury and Islington Station (Victoria, Mildmay and Windrush lines and National Rail)

It's around 18 minutes by bus to King's Cross and about 20 minutes by tube.

Iceland, Lidl, Morrisons and Waitrose are all within a 8-minute walk. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, pubs and shops nearby. There's also an Odeon Luxe just across the road.
