Since this is an excellent deal so I'm expecting quite a lot of interest, so please reach out only if you fit the criteria.

Start date:
- Around end of September and early October (TBC in a few days)
- Strict date once confirmed
- I'm going to be away most of Sep so I'd like to sign a new contract by the end of August

- Bright and cosy, with a high ceiling and a big window
- Fully furnished with a bed, closet and bed side table

Price:
- £700 rent + £160-180 bills = total £860-880 per month
- Deposit £807

- Ground floor with a large private garden
- Two bedrooms

- One open kitchen + a spacious living room
- One storage room
- Generous and responsive landlord (rent frozen for 3 years)

Your flatmate (Me):
Hi I’m Jean, a 34-year-old professional, working as a Product Designer in tech. I'm from Korea and I've been living in London for almost 5 years. I'm an easygoing, clean and respectful person to live with. I love to socialise in the evening after work/weekends, but also value my own space. I like creative activities such as drawing, dancing and listening to/playing music. At home, you'd see me cleaning and attending the garden. I sometimes have guests in mine but I'd always give you a heads up - and you're more than welcome to have guests too :)

You: 
Female (sorry that's my landlord not me), ideally late 20s/mid 30s, working professional, respectful, easygoing, clean and happy to contribute to household chores. Also a good person to hang out with occasionally!
