I’m moving out of my beautiful flat and looking for someone to take over my room. Ideally, I would like to do a lease transfer but can consider short term rentals. You would be sharing the flat with two international humanities doctoral students/ women who are in their mid to late 20s. You will be sharing bathroom with one of them. It’s a beautiful location, a very sunlight, spacious clean and plant-filled flat with a kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, nice neighbors and friendly flatmates. The apartment complex also comes with a no-fee gym and is very close to the station, grocery shops, restaurants and parks. This place is best suited for students or young professionals.
