It’s in a great location, close to Lidl, Morrisons, Waitrose, and lots of other shops, cafés and restaurants. It has a spacious living/dining area, well-equipped kitchen, renovated bathroom, and separate laundry room. Our landlord is also very responsive.
💷 Rent: £1250 per month (excluding bills)
🧾 Bills: Around £100–£150 per month, depending on the time of year
🔑 Deposit: 5 weeks
