The rooms are both available on June 16th. Bills are roughly 100 quid a month. You will have to sign the lease by May 15th through the agent.
Flat is fully furnished with double beds and wardrobes and there is a great balcony off the kitchen and a loft style living room.
Just looking for easy going professionals who are social and work normal hours. Also, don't mind if its a guy or girl.
