There is a large courtyard outside, there are parking spaces but I'm not sure what the agreement is with those. Happy to find out. There is also a bike rack.
The flat itself consists of a huge living/dinner and large sized kitchen.
The room is available because I'm moving abroad. The other flatmates are all very friendly, young professionals. We occasionally go for drinks together otherwise the living room makes a great space to socialise in.
The room is available from the 15th of June, I will be available for viewings on Tuesday 10th of June morning. Otherwise happy to make a different agreement for viewings.
