Double room in flatshare Holloway Road

I am moving out on 2nd May and am looking for someone to fill my room.

The room is a large double room that comes furnished. The flat is split over two floors. We have a large kitchen/living room, on two bathrooms, four double bedrooms.

We are less than a 5 minute walk from Holloway Road tube station.

I have lived in the flat for 3 years and can honestly say that this is a great find. Bills are approx. £75 per month. Rent is £596 pcm due on the 16th of each month. A deposit would be required of one month's rent which will be held in a tenancy deposit scheme when the new flatmate is put on the contract. The landlord will charge £150 administration fee to get you on the contract.

The other three flatmates are three postgraduate students. Two finishing their masters, one currently doing her PhD. We have two Americans and one English flatmate. It's a great and cosy atmosphere to live in.
