Hi, I'm leaving this adorable flat since I'm going back to Spain after one wonderful year here in the UK. My flatmates are young professionals and excellent people to live with: Ismael (works for a bank in the city), Samuel (works as nurse) and Pedro (works as assistant event manager). They're all in their 20s. Ismael and Samuel are Spanish and Pedro is Portuguese, but they've been living in London for quite a while now and they speak perfect fluent English.

Our flat has 3 rooms, a bright medium size living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower. No garden but parking space, a Sainsbury's and PureGym right under the flat. Located in Holloway Road, you've got all supermarkets (Iceland, Morrisons, Sainsbury's, Poundland, Waitrose) within no more than 10 mins walking distance. Also Odeon Cinema is 2 mins walk away and Holloway Road tube station is 5 mins walk only (Picadilly line, 2 stations from King's Cross). Near Finsbury Park and Hampstead Heath if you like jogging. You also have all kind of transport links: bus stops for 17, 43, 263, 271, 29, 253 right on the doorstep.

The vacant room is a spacious bright single room furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a table and a chair. The rent is £580 per month ex bills (deposit is 1 month rent (=£580). Bills are around £20 per month (including electricity, gas and fast internet access).

We don't take couples or room share. We prefer to share with someone who’s sociable, clean, independent and considerate who’s looking to share our flat - someone who enjoys the odd glass of wine and a friendly chat :), ideally young professionals or students.

The contract minimum term is 3 months. Deposit is required. But these are the things which you will deal with the landlord directly.
