Massive room with balcony in a friendly flatshare

We're looking for a fun, friendly and reliable flatmate to join us in our lovely three bedroom flat on Holloway Road. We're both 'professionals' (we have full time jobs) - Ruth works in comedy and I work in transport, but like to have a few drinks/dinner once in a while.

The room is very large with more than enough space for everything you need (and a large private balcony, which is lovely in the summer). It comes furnished with all the things you see in the photo. This is a 1930's art deco building so the ceilings are super high.

There is no living room in the flat. We do however have a good sized bathroom and a kitchen with all mod-cons (grill/oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave)

There is also a private car park for residents at the back of the building.

Our flat is served insanely well by public transport:

Holloway Road Station (Piccadilly Line) 5/10 minutes walk
Tufnell Park Station (Northern Line) 10/15 minutes walk
Finsbury Park Station (Victoria/Piccadilly Line)
10/15 minutes walk

Hampstead Heath, Kentish Town and Camden Town are all within reach 20/30 minutes by bike/on foot.

There are also 8 night buses that serve the area.

Rent:
The rent for the room is £630pcm and covers everything (electric/gas/wifi/council tax).
The rent is due on 1st of every month and goes into one account.

Other fees due would be one-off at acceptance of the room:

£685 deposit (to Fran, our outgoing flatmate)
£200 admin fee (to our managing agents)
£35 referencing fee (to our managing agents)
