Short term creative wanting friendly flatmate

Hi there!

We are looking for a new flatmate who is sociable, clean and considerate as we sometimes work very long hours and need a peaceful abode to return to.
We do have a cleaner for the flat (inc in the rent) but would appreciate someone who will keep up this standard. Ideally I'd like a working professional (possibly in the creative industry) or a masters student.

A bit about me... I manage the wig department of a theatre showing primarily opera which keeps me very busy, as well as other creative hobbies, but enjoy cooking a good meal at night and a chat over a cup of tea. I share with a musical engineer who sometimes works away for long periods.

The flat itself is equidistant from Tufnell Park and Holloway tube as well as having plentiful buses and shops nearby... also being next door to landlord who is super nice and helpful (+famous!)

The room is small, a cosy single and very warm.
