Large Double Room, In A Nice Modern Flat Holloway

HI my girlfriend charlie and I are leaving our lovely double room at the end of september , and are looking for someone to take over.
The flat is really modern and clean, large living room, balcony, washing machine, dishwasher, Tv, etc... Modern bathroom, and the room also has a pretty big built in wardrobe.
It is situated 5 min walking from holloway road tube station ( Piccadilly line ), and about 12 min from highbury and islington tube station ( victoria line and overground ).
As we're leaving you will be sharing the flat with Tom from Ireland and Jackie from australia who i am sure you will have no problem to live with as they have always been great to us .

Ps: please take note that we're looking for someone to rent the room from the 30th of septembre ( latest ) or before if needed, for at least 3 months. the flat is managed by an agency, so you will sign an official contract, and the usual references will be required ( payslips, bank account, employers reference ).
