I have a double bedroom available now to rent in a four-bedroom terraced house. The house is situated on a quiet street of terraced houses off Holloway Road. Holloway Road and Seven Sisters Road have a great selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, and a cinema is only 5 minutes walk away.

The shared areas in the house include:

*Kitchen: two fridge-freezers, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, lots of storage space, dining table

*Living room: two comfortable sofas and coffee table

*Shared bathroom: shower, bath, basin toilet

*Conservatory: washing machine and tumble dryer

*Garden, resident access only from the back of the house via secure car park

*Broadband wifi available throughout the house.

The room has a double bed with underbed storage, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. It is small in size, but the storage space is maximised and there is a shared living room and conservatory, as well as a dining table in the kitchen.

This is a small household of
professionals who keep the house clean, are friendly but also like their own space.

It has excellent transport links:
*Holloway Road tube station: 15minute walk, Piccadilly line
*Archway: 10 minute walk, Northern line
*Finsbury Park: 15 minute walk, Victoria and Piccadilly line, national rail
*Upper Holloway: 5 minute walk, overground
*Buses: 43 High Barnet to London Bridge via Angel, 271 Highgate to Finsbury Square via Old Street, 17 Archway to London Bridge via St Pauls, 91 Crouch End to Trafalgar Square via Camden, all just a couple of minutes walk from the house.

There is on-street parking in residents bays, requiring a parking permit from Islington Council. There is also a parking space in the secure car park behind the house, available to rent at extra cost.

The monthly cost would be: £420 for rent, plus £150 for bills: gas, water, electricity, internet and council tax. The deposit is one month’s rent, payable prior to moving in, and we require one month’s rent in advance. All our tenants undergo tenant checks, which means you know the people who you are living with are genuine: this is charged at £75 per tenant.
