The double bedroom has sole use of adjacent shower room and shared use of well equipped kitchen/dining room with access, through french doors, to sunny garden, all on the lower ground floor. Bills and wifi included. Permit parking on street outside (controlled hours 10am-12noon).

We are an easy going couple with a lovely (quiet!) dog and two friendly cats. The room is perfect for a professional who needs fast access to city centre and wishes to live in a quiet 'home from home'.

Pubs, restaurants and shops all short walking distance (including large Waitrose). We are a two minute walk from Holloway Road with a multitude of buses to Kings Cross, London Bridge, Moorgate and an easy walk to nothern line tubes (Archway and Tufnell Park); Holloway Road (Picadilly) and Upper Holloway (north london overground).
