Modern flat right next to tube

Hello! This is a very comfortable room in a three bedroom flat available for 2 and a half months, from Jan 20 until April 1.

Bills are included in the rent! Including council tax!

It's a single room in that it has a single bed, not double, but the room is large and spacious. I've lived here for several years and I love it - the flat is quite big, with a decent sized, well-equipped kitchen attached to a small living room, and TWO large bathrooms, one with a shower.

But the BEST thing about the flat is that it's right next to Holloway Road tube station, and the tube will whisk you down to King's Cross in about 4 minutes, so the location is fantastic. Holloway road itself is also fairly convenient; we're within 10 mins walk of big supermarkets, an Odeon, a library, a big park and loads of restaurants.

You will be in my room as I will be away. I'll move all my stuff out so it will be clean and empty for you besides the furniture.

The two other flatmates are professional women in their twenties who work from home at least some days each week. They're're happy to socialise or leave you to yourself. We do want flatmates who are clean and considerate, but we won't make you do any cleaning rotas or similar.

I'll ask for the first month's rent in advance, but no deposits or references necessary.

I'm on holiday for a few days so I won't be available for viewings until Jan 8th.
