THE FLATMATES

We love a clean, tidy house as a quiet place to relax after work.

Claudia is Peruvian, works for a charity with a background in sustainability and is pretty laid back and sociable. Enjoys running and exploring London.

Aoife is a professional flautist and music teacher. She enjoys all sorts of music and creative arts, as well as anime, book clubs and going to concerts and folk gigs. She’s always out and about!

Siobháin, who owns the house, is an opera singer, and is rarely there as she mainly stays with her partner. She loves design and interiors and did up most of the house herself. The pretty garden was her lockdown project. She maintains the house really well and any issues that arise are dealt with very quickly.


YOU (THE NEW FLATMATE)

We’re looking for someone to join us in our gorgeous house. Ideally, a professional in their late 20’s/30s. The room is perfect for an independent person who loves a peaceful, clean and tidy home, and enjoys a chat over a cuppa/glass of wine.

If you love houseplants and pottering in the garden - bring it on! If you love nature, fitness, running, football or even Kingfisher spotting, the Hackney Marshes are 30 seconds from the doorstep.

This is not a party house, though the south facing sun-trap garden is great for cocktails and BBQs. No students. Not full-time WFH.
