Hello!
We have a room going in our 3 bed flat in Homerton super close to the overground as our flat mate is sadly leaving to go live with his girlfriend. The bedroom comes with the bed and wardrobe, all other furniture belongs to flatmate.
I have been living here for nearly two years and it's in a great location, can get to Stratford on the overground in ten minutes which will get you to Liverpool street on the Central Line in 15 mins and central London in 30 mins.
We are 2 minutes walk from Chatsworth Road which is great for cafes and shops, two Co-ops within 5 min walks and a 10 min walk to Well Street which has a large Tesco. Also 15 min walk to Victoria Park which is a massive bonus!
The bills for the flat come to roughly £60 a month which covers wifi, water, gas & electric, council tax. We have a private landlord who is easy to contact and quick to have any repairs done. The deposit is £500.00 and there is a small fee of £75.00 for a background check that the landlord has done by a third party (financial, employment, renting history, etc).
I have tried to provide all the essential info and happy to answer questions. We are looking for a relaxed, clean and respectable person for the flat (it's not a party house as we all work 9-5 jobs), who is working full time.
