The flat is right next to Homerton Overground station which enables connections to the City (Liverpool Street) in <25 mins and Canary Wharf in <30 mins for commuters. Stratford is two stops away with connections to multiple tube lines, the DLR, and National Rail. Bus lines 26 (Waterloo) and 30 (Marble Arch) stop around the corner. Hackney has invested a lot in cycling infrastructure in recent years and there are several dedicated cycle lanes and marked quietways that pass close to the flat.
I bought the flat new in January 2019, so appliances, insulation/heating and all other fittings are in top condition. It's my first place and I treat it with a lot of care, so am looking for a respectful, relaxed individual who similarly wants to treat it as their home during the week.
I'm ideally looking for someone to move in from 1st March, though will consider sooner for the right fit. Please also note the listing is for Monday-Friday lodgers (weekdays) only. Price includes all bills.
