Cosy double in friendly open house with garden

Hi folx,

We are two professional women sharing a beautiful little house on a Victorian terrace in Hackney.
We’re honest, friendly and always up for a cuppa but also respect the privacy people need to recharge these days. We keep a clean ship, watch movies together and share a few meals but also have busy work schedules.
We have plenty of shared space- a living room with a full dining area and a separate kitchen. We also have a good-sized decked garden we’d like to do some work on in the Spring if you’re keen!
Your room is a good size double with plenty of floor space and unofficially comes with a little furniture- a bed frame, bedside table, wardrobe and hanging rail, lamp and four wall-mounted shelves, all of which is flexible. You have a view of the garden and it’s probably the cosiest room in winter!

We’re looking for a happy, confident, professional person, at least in their late 20s who is open-minded politically and queer-friendly.
