Bright Double Room Available in Homerton

Hello!

I have a double room available in my 2 bed flat, as my flatmate Laura is moving in with her boyfriend.

The room is available from early October, move in date could be between 1st and 15th October. Rent is £800 a month plus bills, which are usually around £90-100 a month.

The flat is located just behind Homerton overground station, only about a minute walk away.

The room comes partially furnished with 2 wardrobes, a set of drawers, and a wall mirror. This furniture belongs to the landlord, and could be collected if you have your own.

You will be sharing me, Sarah, I'm a 31 year old female originally from York. I've been living in Hackney for over 6 years now and work in Design and Animation. Looking for someone easy going to share with, hopefully with a few things in common too. I'm into art, pop culture, photography, music, film & TV, comedy, the great outdoors, and the pub. I will say while I like having one or two drinks, this is not a party flat! I'm smart enough to party at other people's houses instead ;)

Finally, Laura and I have been here 3 years and rent directly from the landlord, Ben, who is really great and fixes things super quickly if we need it. There are no agency fees to pay, Ben just asks for a copy of your passport, proof of employment, and to sign a contract between yourself and him. Deposit is one months rent.
