Homerton Room - 5 mins from Homerton Station

I am sadly moving out of our flat in Homerton so there is a room available in our 3 bedroom, split story flat. Kitchen/living/dining are all located downstairs and are super light with large French doors coming off the kitchen to the back courtyard space with large communal lawn. The flat is a 5 minute walk to Homerton overgrown and 10 min walk to Hackney Central.

It on Brooksby Walk which is the lower end of Chatsworth Road, with a weekend farmers market up the street. We’re around the corner from some great pubs and foods and there is a great community cinema on the street.

The room is a cosy double room with a large window with morning sun. It has a small inbuilt wardrobe. The house has more storage than you can throw a stick at so there is plenty of space to store your belongings.


You’ll be living with two guys, Ronan and Dan, both late twenties. They’re close friends so we have a homely vibe. We understand it is a very difficult time to move so we can be flexible and creative with viewings, we can offer viewings via FaceTime or WhatsApp.

Room is £675 plus bills (these are split evenly and work out being about £80 a month) move in date on April 10th. Deposit is one months rent £675.
