We're looking for a new housemate to round out our flat share in Homerton!

One room is available from 9th November for £805 per month and deposit is 2 weeks' rent.

Bills:
Council tax is not included but paid through monthly rent (roughly £37pp).
We also pay for WiFi and energy.
The landlords cover water.

Comes to about £890 all-in.

The area:

2 mins walk or 1 min running from Homerton Overground which will get you to Stratford or Highbury & Islington in under 15 mins each! We're a short walk from Victoria Park and Hackney Marshes with all the good things in between!

The flat:

It's a bit of a find, what the rooms might lack slightly in size the rest of the flat makes up for! The flat is a duplex. We have a really generous living room with two sofas and a small 4-seater dining table.
The kitchen is a spacious galley with enough room for 2-3 people to cook at the same time - we've tested it!
Washing machine, no dryer.
Fridge and personal cupboard as well as shared space.
The bathroom and toilet are separate which helps avoid clashes in the morning.
We also have a balcony, recently refurbished by Luke with plants and a seating space.
There are 3 built-in wardrobes in the upstairs hallway and a lot of space under the stairs!

A double room with bed and a built-in wardrobe.

About us:

I'm Corey, 31, I work in marketing! I have two-three office days a week and WFH Monday & Friday. I like a fancy dinner (who doesn’t), a cocktail and a cycle.

Luke, 29, is an architect, working the same days as me with Wed & Fri WFH. He’s a great cook, an Ottolenghi fan, a big music head and a swimmer!

Harry, 31, is a Junior Doctor working in Homerton Hospital. Also a swimmer, Harry can often be found glued to a real-crime Netflix documentary.
What we're looking for:

We're looking for someone mature, clean and respectful.

It's not a big party flat (but we are social) and we don't smoke. We like a homely feel with cooking, watching tv and downtime on our own.
