We have a large live/work studio with bedroom mezzanine space available in our top floor warehouse one minute walk from Homerton Overground station.

The studio would be perfect for designers/artists/engineers or anyone else who needs to work from home thanks to very large windows and a relaxed and respectful atmosphere.

Studio F1 is available immediately and costs £1200 with one months deposit.

All bills are included, including the fastest Internet connection we could find.

The studio has 4.5 m (15') high ceilings and lots of natural light. It leads directly onto a huge open space which serves as our kitchen, dining and living-room. The kitchen contains an electric hob and oven, a large double sink, dishwasher and fridge freezers. There are two separate bathrooms on the floor below (one with two showers and a toilet and the other with one shower and one toilet). The washing machine is in one of the bathrooms (we'll be adding a dryer).

Our five studios and communal space take up the entire top floor of the building. The ground floor houses separate co-working spaces and studio offices. Access to the top floor is by fob and key through a steel door into reception from the street and another into the stairwell that leads upstairs.

We're aged between 29 and 38, our jobs are Architectural Engineer, Programmer, Postgrad, Artist and Cafe Manager. We moved in on the 14 July and are currently furnishing and making everything comfortable (the furnished photos shows the previous tenant's setup).
