One of our beloved housemates is returning to his home country so his room will be available. The room in question is huge by London standards, fully furnished and receives a lot of natural light especially in the afternoon. It is situated in a terrace house circa 1970 that is comfortable, a little rough around the edges but is well maintained. It features a patio out the back with outdoor seating and a small herb garden that has flavoured many a meal.

As housemates we operate like a family. We all trust each other and get along well. And when we are not in lockdown, sometimes we do things as a household which might include birthday parties, gigs or just a regular hang out at the local. That said, we do all live our own lives and respect each other's space. Everyone is free to have friends over to stay or for a meal, but we are not a party oriented house. 10 minutes away from Homerton Overground Station.

When it comes to cleaning we have a roter whereby we all clean a bit of the house each week so it’s never too daunting, but we are currently looking for a cleaner. If something breaks in the house we call the landlord and it gets fixed pretty promptly.

A bit about your future housemates:
Graptus (30) is a barista, working in a cafe in Shoreditch. He likes to garden and usually checks on said garden at least once a day. He aspires to be an actor and frequently boils the kettle for tea.
Eleni (29) is in the social work field. She knows the best jazz gig in town and in her free time she drinks coffee and cycles around East London. She's also our trusted olive oil supplier.
Babi (27) works in book publishing. She likes food, long walks and nature. If she disappears she has probably gone to a spontaneous hike with a stranger.
Allie (26) is a model. She loves to cook, and always keeps the kitchen smelling great. She's always down for a wine, or an adventure deep into a Netflix crime doco! She's never not down for a chat about dissecting your most recent film watches as well.
