This is a lovely, bright, double room in this cosy and homely 2-bed flat share!
You'll be sharing with me, Ellie, an outgoing 31 year old who is always up for a chat. I love cooking/baking (there is always some going spare), watching the tele, having a glass of wine, and getting out and about in my spare time. I mostly work from home so I'm looking for someone who's respectful of work commitments but once I clock off about 6 you'll find me being cosy in front of the TV or running for the train to try and be on time for my plans.
The room's fully furnished and so is the flat. It has all the modcons you could dream of! A TV, coffee machine, super fast internet, washing machine...what more could you want!
The flat is a mere 5 mins leisurely stroll to Homerton station, it has some of Hackney's best drinking spots a stones throw away, not to mention the vibrant Chatsworth Road 2 mins (think cafes, bars, restaurants, a cinema, cute shops, grocery stores, butchers...) away and countless green spots to chill in (Viccy Park, Millfields, London Fields, Hackney Marshes....). The location is super dreamy.
Your room has: a double bed with storage drawers, two bedside tables with 2 drawers...each!, and a wardrobe (not pictured because it's newer than the photo!). You even have the option to have an additional chest of drawers too if like me you have lots of bits and pieces.
The room is available from 1st October though this date can be flexible for the right person. It's £800 per month with most bills included.
