Huge room going in a friendly and sociable household of 4, right next to Homerton Station in Hackney, London.

The room has 2 large north facing windows letting in a lot of light; perfect for if you are working from home! There is a large shared living room - kitchen space where the housemates often hang out together, and 2 bathrooms/showers and large garden.

Your housemates include Trish, guest experience host at Fora, Chris, Restaurant manager (and amazing chef) and Liam, a freelance copy writer - aged 25 to 31 - all currently working from home due to Corona Virus.

Everyone in the house are good friends and very warm, welcoming, empathetic and good fun people. The housemates love to cook together - living with a chef can be a great thing! Everyone likes to have a drink together, watch things and to hang out, yet respect each others work and privacy too! The kitchen, bathroom and living room areas are kept clean - and we would love the same respect back.

The location is amazing for lockdown with loads of leafy places to get outside. It's a stones throw away from the beautiful Victoria park, and we have the River Lea to walk down, Hackney Wick canals and a short cycle away from Hackney Downs.

The room is a steal at around £660 pcm including all bills and council tax.

The room includes a double bed; desk for working; wardrobe; chest of drawers and sofa. The person currently staying there will be moving out. The space will be furnished - please ignore the bad bedding currently in the images as we can change that!
