Looking for someone to take over my room in my modern flat in Homerton/Hackney!
It’s close to Victoria Park, a lot of shops and has great connections with bus and Overground (station is literally 2min away).
I am looking to move out end of July/beginning of August - exact date is still to be confirmed
You’d be sharing with a lovely 26 female professional and a cute dog (cavalier/springer spaniel mix).
From July until October there will be a 30% rent reduction as they will do some building works next to us. Normal rent is £705 + bills (~£120, winter months are a little more)
The room comes unfurnished - I might sell one of my big PAX wardrobes though and a clothing rail if needed!
