Short term rental 1 Large Double Bedroom, Homerton

Short term let, up to 6 months max.

I’m Adalberto, looking for a new housemate to share a two-bed flat in Banister House. The room is available from September 13 2025 for a period of 6 months. It’s a large double with plenty of space for a desk and storage.

The flat is on the 1st floor and is accessible by stairs or a small lift. The kitchen/dining area at the centre of the flat has a gas stove, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. The bathroom is separate from the toilet.

Bills excluded: £150 per month.

I look for a responsible, independent and easy-going roommate, which weekly takes care of the house, despite each other personal life commitments. I look for a person passionate about their life, busy with their work and with interests to share during our time together. Good vibes only!

The flat is a 10 min walk to Homerton overground station. It’s also 5 minutes from Chatsworth Road, famous for its Sunday market. Nearby are many restaurants, takeaways, wine bars, great coffee and even a single-screen cinema, The Castle.
Victoria Park, Hackney Downs and Hackney Marshes are all around 20 minute walks away from the flat!
