Room Available in Victorian house in Clapton

Hi everyone,

I am sadly moving out of my room in Clapton as I am leaving the UK.

It is a cozy double room on the top floor of a huge Victorian house shared with three lovely men, all professionals in their late 20s/early 30s.

The house has a big living room with sofa, TV, and a dining area; a spacious kitchen also with a dining table; a peaceful garden, and a small extra study room.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, a desk + stool, a chest of drawers, a clothes hanger and an in-built bookshelf. I've bought all furniture (except of course for the in-built bookshelf) and I'd like to sell it to you. I can be flexible re the desk, the chest of drawers, and the clothes hanger. However, it'd be great if you could keep the bed.

The house is minutes away from Chatsworth Road, filled with shops and cafés, and a short walk distance from Millfields Park, Regent's canal, and Hackney Marshes. Homerston Station is also 5-8 minutes walk from the house and the overground quickly takes you to Highbury & Islington and Stratford where you can hop on the tube.

It is a beautiful house in a great location and with lovely flatmates that I'd have definitely not moved out from was I not leaving London!

We are pretty quiet and chill, we love to have dinner and watch a film together sometimes but we are also respectful of everyone's personal space and needs.
We all get along and enjoy a friendly/family-like atmosphere at home so it'd be nice to be replaced by someone who is on the same wavelength. We're LGBTQ+ friendly.

Rent is £800 and bills (internet, electricity, gas, water, and council tax) amount to around £100 a month. A lovely cleaning lady comes every fortnight and that is £15 each.
