Large, light and airy room to rent in a lovely two bedroom flat in Homerton. Two minutes’ walk to Homerton Station and less than ten to Hackney Central. £680pcm plus bills (generally £120-130 per month for Water, Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, and Internet). Available (almost) immediately.

The flat has a beautiful living room with piano, projector, PS4 and all that, as well as a delightful kitchen, giant bath, separate toilet etc. There are all sorts of shops and amenities super close-by, good cafes, markets, and a hospital over the road for the accident prone. There’s also a balcony, a cat, and the windows have all just been replaced too.

The flat is in a superb location between Hackney Central and Hackney Wick, two minutes from Homerton Station. Loads to do locally, and a quick train to H&I gets you to Central in no time.

My current flatmate is off to work on location for the forseeablr, and so moving out. I’m remaining resident in the other bedroom – I am a primary school TA, a big nerd, and I enjoy arts and crafts. I’m friendly but I also like my own space (and there is plenty of it here). There is also a cat, who is half-Siamese, half-vampire, and all rad.

I’m fairly open-minded re potential flatmates, so writing what I’m “looking for” in one isn’t possible. Ideally someone with no interest in throwing parties – they make me anxious – but other than that I’m easy. Someone interesting, laid-back and nice, who’s amenable to the above, then all the rest will fall into place.
