Large double room (own bathroom ~90% of the time)

I have a large, bright double room available in the flat which I own in Homerton.

I am sober and would require my flatmate not to drink in the house.

The room has a bathroom next to it. The reason I put 90% of the time is because I have my own en-suite, so you'd be the only one showering/ bathing in there but guests would also use the loo when they visit, and I occasionally use it when I can't be bothered to walk downstairs where my room is.

The apartment is split level, with a patio at the entrance which has a sofa and chairs on. You enter straight into the living room which has a sofa, TV (with Sky) and a piano. There are double doors out onto the patio.

The living room turns into a well stock kitchen with 6 person table and dishwasher. The room available is on this floor, at the back of the flat with the bathroom next to it.

Downstairs is my room and a utility room which has a washer/ dryer, separate dryer and drying rack to hang clothes.

I work from home ~50% of the time and I think I would prefer someone that goes into the office a little.

The room has a double bed with storage drawers underneath, a wardrobe, two floor to ceiling windows, a chest of drawers and a bed side table.

You are welcome to keep your bike in your room (but not in the communal area).
