Cozy double room in Homerton

We have a cute room available from 1st August.



ABOUT THE ROOM

The room is furnished with a comfortable and large double bed, desk, wardrobe, and drawers. It faces the back garden, so street noises are not heard from the room. The room is warm during winter.

ABOUT THE HOUSE



There is no living room, but there is a sofa in the kitchen and the garden is very spacious. In the kitchen we have a washing machine with dryer and there is 1 communal fridge shared between 3 housemates. The other 2 housemates have their own fridges.

There is only one bathroom, with bathtub. Though there are 5 of us living here, it is very rare that anyone has to wait for the bathroom.



We're 10-15 minutes away from Homerton overground, and there are lots of buses, most of them 3-8 minutes away. Victoria park is only 10 minutes away. There are 2 big Tesco's 15-20 minutes away and many local shops. There are plenty of stores, bars, cafes & restaurants on Chatsworth road, 7 minutes away.

You will be living with 2 girls and 2 guys - all freelances in the creative industry. We are chilled and relaxed, and love hanging out together but we also like to do our own things. Always up for a chat at home or a pint in the local pub or going to a roast dinner. Loving BBQs in the garden when the weather allows :)

ABOUT YOU

Preferably a female ideally between the ages of 25-37, who is comfortable doing her own thing but likes spending time with the rest of the household.

2 of us are working in music so we'd prefer somone who doesn't work from home as it might not be quiet enough for meetings during the day. However, evenings are quiet, nobody plays music after 6 or 7.


BILLS AND RENT



Rent: £575 pcm (paid on the last day of the month for the following month)
Deposit: £640
Bills: Around £80-90 per month

The rent was recently increased, so it will not go up. The room is available for maximum 1.5 years, as the landlord will refurbish the house. We will receive plenty of notice before he starts.



VIEWINGS



We will organise viewings on Sunday 28th July and Monday 29th July in the evening.
