Gorgeous double room with private bathroom

Lovely spacious double room with private en-suite bathroom available for one person in a gorgeous Victorian terraced house in Homerton.

The room is located at the top of the house on your own floor and so very private. It comes fully furnished including a king-sized bed and desk upon request. The room overlooks the lovely back garden. All bills are included.

Happy to do a video tour of the room and house if you're unable to come to do a viewing.

We’re flexible about how long you wish to stay but ideally a minimum of a month.

A bit about the house:

You’ll be living with myself, an Australian journalist, together with my partner who is a British photographer and my 13 year old son.

We also have an Italian female graphic designer living with us.

It's not a party household, and we're looking for someone easy-going who is happy to live with a family.

There is double reception downstairs with tv and sofa, large kitchen diner opening up to the west-facing garden with decking and downstairs cloakroom.

Really close to transport, loads of buses. You are a five minute walk from Homerton train station: 5 min journey to Westfield Stratford (Europe's largest urban shopping centre), 5 mins from Homerton hospital, 10 mins to Highbury and Islington, 25 minutes to Oxford Street.

There are beautiful parks, short walk from the River Lea and a stone's throw away from Hackney Wick and the Marshes. Lots of corner shops, nearby supermarkets, cool pubs, bars and restaurants within a short distance, cinemas in the area.
