Hi, I'm looking for a new flat mate to share my flat in a Victorian house in Homerton with! The flat is situated on the upper ground floor and has two bed rooms, a nice living room area with kitchen and a neat bathroom at the back of the house. The room which is available is bedroom number 2 in the photos. The flat is around 50 m2 in total and retains many of its original details such as sash windows and has been refurbished 2 years ago. The bedroom is partially furnished and comes with a bed, built-in wardrobe and fixed shelves.

All bills, and council tax are set-up. The room is available from 3 August and the current contract runs till the end of June 2026 and can be extended.

The house is located in Homerton, on 5 minutes walking distance from Victoria Park and Homerton Overground station. Also Chatsworth Road is only 5 minutes away for nice shops and cafes!

Something about me: I am a fun and clean young professional and work as a Project Manager. I have a full time job, go into the office every day, and enjoy spending time with my friends. I also like to go out to the pub, museums, enjoy swimming but also like having a dinner at home. I am looking for a person with a similar life style to enjoy my nice flat with!
