Room in 3 bed flat by Homerton Station

Hello World!

We have a room going in a three bed flat a few minutes walk from Homerton overground station!

The flat is just at the end of Chatsworth road so perfect for commuting or to head down chats or to the marshes etc.

We are looking for someone tidy and open minded, queer friendly and who is looking for a social homely flat. You would be sharing the flat with Luke a video editor who works from home and Rosie who works in marketing.

The flat is in a big council building (Nisbet house) which has a big communal outside area. It has lift access and outside communal areas are kept clean by a council cleaning team you'll see mooching about most mornings.

The landlord is a young couple who are pretty easy to deal with if we ever have any issues which is a massive bonus. The flat doesn't come with a living room but we like to make the kitchen as social as possible and happy to hang out in each others rooms but obviously no expectation of that if you don't want to.

Must be okay with dogs as Luke looks after dogs during the week, so if you like pups you're in luck!

Because of the short turn around we are looking to hold viewings this week ☺️
