Short-term let for sunny garden flat in Hackney

Wonderful room available for a month let (flexible if a few more weeks too!) in the wonderful Homerton, Hackney.

You would be sharing with my lovely friend Hollie, who is easy-going, loves to cook and works a mixture of at home/in the office. She's busy out of the house a lot but also social and happy to hang out when you're both at home. You'd also be sharing with 2 cute cats called Arlo and Luna. They're very easy-going, no litter tray as they are outside cats and love to play and have a snuggle.

Room to rent is a double, comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, under bed storage and a desk.

House has a garden and a shared lounge.

No parking access. But if you have a bike this can be stored in the garden or out the front.

Homerton station is a 10-15min walk away and Hackney Wick about 15-20mins walk away.

House is in such a good area, you can be on the canal/in the marshes in 5mins and be on so many nice walks, makes you feel like you're not in London. But you can also get to vibes so quickly too, it's a 10min walk to Chatsworth Road or 20min walk to Clapton. Then if you have a bike can easily get to rest of Hackney in 10/20mins and also further afield. Stratford and Westfield is around 15mins on the bus or you could walk there in 30/40mins too.

Rent including bills per month is £1065.
