2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, separate living room. Spacious and modern kitchen with lots of storage & fridge space plus a washer/dryer.
A stones throw from Chatsworth Road with plenty of shops, pubs, bars, cafes and a Sunday market. Lots of amazing green space and parks and the canal is a short walk away.

The room
Available from 1st June (can be flexible if you need to move in later).
£1,100 per month.
The price includes all bills, cleaning & laundry products, tv subscriptions and a fortnightly cleaner.

£800 deposit + usual referencing checks.
The contract ends in Sept with the opportunity to renew for another year.

The room is a furnished bright double with wardrobe & under bed storage. There’s flexibility to change the furniture if you like. My current flatmate is happy to leave the set of drawers if you’d like them.

36, queer, self employed. I have a dog care business and I’m training to be a Pilates teacher. I spend a lot of time staying in my client’s homes looking after their dogs, so you will regularly have the place to yourself. I very occasionally have well behaved dogs stay in the flat too, so it’s a bonus if you love dogs!
I am clean, respectful, easy going.
I’m into live music gigs, art, food, films, fitness.

You
I’m looking for a professional (sorry, no students) of similar age who is clean, kind, respectful and who would be open to an occasional trip to the pub, wine/dinner at home. Ideally you work in an office or have a hybrid role. I mainly work from home and my team occasionally use the flat for lunch breaks and to collect equipment, so it can be busy at times - but it’ll be your space as much as mine, so we can come up with a plan that suits us both!
