Loft room with exclusive wet room in shared house.

This is a cosy well lit room with excellent soundproofing. Janet and I live at the house part time with our daughter and Tom our 24 year old lodger. This is a lovely en-suite attic room with great views to the east and west, in a comfortable 4 bed house in Homerton. The house is open for shared general use rooms and garden. The location is good for transport links 8 minute walk to Homerton station with buses a 3 walk.
We travel a fair amount so are looking for a responsible friendly person who is easy going. We have a docile dog who will be at the house when we are!
