Sublet - fully furnished flat (Oct/Nov)

I am currently living in a 2-bedroom flat near Homerton station / across from Homerton Hospital and will be going home to see my family for a bit so looking for someone to sublet my room.

It is available for all of October and can also be extended to all of November if you want, I'm pretty flexible so just let me know what you prefer in your message. £1250 per month includes rent and ALL bills.

It's a lovely and pretty spacious flat with two bedrooms, a shared bathroom with toilet and bath, separate toilet (which only my flatmate uses) and a fully equipped kitchen and a living room.

My current flatmate is a working professional and works from home most days, and I do not work from home, so need someone who also does not work from home as this arrangement is currently working well for us.
