Looking for someone quiet and respectful to take my beautiful double bedroom complete with en suite bathroom and garden, on the top floor of a lovely 2 bed house in Homerton. Person should be a working professional, respectful of others as they will be sharing with my housemate who enjoys a chat and a glass of wine, but likes things quiet in general so definitely no parties or large social gatherings and ideally someone in their late 20s, 30s or 40s.

The house is a 5 minute walk to both Homerton station and Victoria Park, rent is £1,240 and bills vary but are in the region of £500 for the house (£250 each). Please DM me for further details and to arrange a viewing.
