1 month sublet with garden in Homerton

I'm subletting my room in a four-bed house share in a lovely bright home in Homerton for one month while I'm away for the month (1-31 October 2025).

The flat is equal distance from Chatsworth Road, Hackney Wick, and Victoria Park, so it's great for walks, runs, cycles etc., and we are also really close to the canal. The house is in a private cul-de-sac. It has two gardens (front and back) and has a spiral staircase joining the upstairs and downstairs. The house allows for a lot of natural light, and there’s a separate living room and kitchen. We also all cycle and there is bike storage in the back garden.

It's an easy-going, upbeat household where we all have separate lives but love to spend time cooking together at home or at the local pub. The current housemates are Helen, Rosie, and Rose. They're aged 32 to 35 and are looking for someone similar aged. There’s a mix of home and office working, and the house accommodates well for this set-up.

The available room is bright and clean, with a double bed. I would also clear my chest of drawers and clothes rail in the room (pictured) to allow you to use the storage. There is also a desk in the room for working from home.
