I’m looking for someone to takeover my room in my Homerton flat. I’ve lived here for just over a year now and the flat has been perfect, I’m sadly moving out to be closer to work!

- Shop attached to the building which is handy for essentials

LOCATION📍🚇
- 10 minute walk to Homerton overground, 35 minute walk (or bus) to Stratford station
- Buses so regular and lots of stops right outside the flat

WHEN: Move in date as soon as possible/can be flexible, contract until December 2024

RENT:
£1,100 pcm + bills, generally come to around £135. Deposit is £1,100.
