2 rooms in Hackney with friendly housemates!!!

Hi future housemates!!

We are a friendly house of 1 guy (Corey) + 1 girl (me!) looking to fill two rooms in our lil home.

Room 1:
£800 pcm
It is a really spacious room on the lower ground floor.
Finished with a bed, clothes rail, bedside table and tall mirror.

Room 2:
Also on the lower ground floor.
Smaller room but still plenty of space.
Has a fitted wardrobe and fitted shelving/desk space.
Furnished with a bed and chest of drawers too.

Moving dates flexible(ish).
Room 1 is available now but room 2 will be another couple weeks or so.

We also have a shared living room and a little garden, plus a utility room too!

Deposits:
1 months rent

Bills:
Wifi and council tax are included
Everything else comes to around £40-80 depending on the season.

We’re an 8 minute walk from Homerton overground and really close to a tesco and other off licences too.
