Double Room in Homerton, unfurnished

Hi! Our contract is coming to an end at the end of May and one of our current housemates is moving out to buy! So we have an unfurnished double room in our four bed, two bathroom, terrace house with large private garden in Homerton (Hackney). The house is located between Homerton overground station and Victoria park (5 min walk to both). LGBTQ+ friendly ✨

The house has a garden, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and separate laundry area. The room available is in the upstairs of the house and will be unfurnished.

Rent is: £600/ month excluding bills (just over £100) and the room is available from the 1st of June for a minimum 12 month contract.

We are seeking a professional (no students sorry) of a similar age to current housemates and who are looking for a long-term place to call home and who is clean, tidy and reliable. Preferably someone that doesn’t work fully remote.

A bit about the current housemates:

- Ellen - 27, works as a transport planner, and in spare time plays hockey and enjoys going for walks/grabbing a pint.

- Jai - 29, works as a photographer, loves women’s football, cinema, and always up for the pub 🍻

- Maddie - 27, works in climate change campaigning, also loves women’s football, hiking and going to the hackney wick sauna 🌞
